The whole process from check-in to discharge procedure was exceptional. Dr Parres was called away for an emergency and Dr Spellman stepped in to do the procedure. Considering this was the first time we met Dr Spellman, he made us feel very comfortable with the whole fusion biopsy procedure and what to expect. The nursing staff did an awesome job and was very attentive and kind. All in all the whole process was great.
All the staff, Dr. Williams, registrar, were awesome. Thank you everyone!!!!
All staff members were great! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring! From the receptionist to the surgery room everyone was very helpful. I wish I could recall all their names, but there were so many helpful people and it went so quickly (they were very efficient), that the one person who spent the most time with me was Molly. And of course, I can’t leave out Dr. Vulin who showed me the x-rays and explained the procedure once again. Just a great team effort! Thank you very much!
I felt VERY well taken care of by a caring and professional group of people today. Please extend my sincere appreciation to all involved. And yes, the drugs, I believe, have worn off! It’s me speaking not under the influence!
All of my nurses were very professional and friendly. I am bad with names, but the nurse who I had the most interaction with made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She was really great. I can’t recall her name but I would like to thank her again if I could.

Kelly…great bedside manner. Made me feel very comfortable. Dr Schneider very efficient and thorough. The anesthetist – both explained everything and made me feel comfortable and confident.
I was treated like a VIP by every staff member that I encountered! I was nervous about my procedure and they put my mind at ease!
The nurses in pre/post op, in the OR were all amazing. The anesthesiologist kept me very comfortable and had little pain after. Which was great since I normally wake up with more pain after stents.
Dr. Ark and nurse Amy both wonderful. Thorough explanations and spent great deal of time answering questions and reassuring.
Chris was a wonderful nurse. She was very attentive and made the whole experience calming.
