Dr. Purvines is a board-certified neurosurgeon at Neurosurgery of St. Louis.

As a board-certified neurosurgeon, Dr. Purvines treats a wide range of complex, degenerative conditions, including back pain, brain and spinal tumors, cervical spine disorders, complex spinal disorders, degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, lumbar spine disorders, and spinal stenosis among others.
